Trial Pool Sessions
This is the second of the two pool sessions we are trailing at Folkestone Sports Centre, if these are successful they will be come a regular booking in the events calendar
These trials will be open to 20 members at a time and the sessions will last for one hour. At this time we ask that members only book a place for one of the advertised pool sessions; priority for the second session will be given to those who did not attend the first session.
When booking via the website or app, you will receive a confirmation email if you have been allocated a place, as stated.
If you haven't pre-booked and session is full, you will not be allowed to join the session as we have to adhere to maximum numbers (20); please do not turn up, hoping to squeeze in as you WILL be turned away.
Cancelling your booking
If you have booked a place and cannot attend you can cancel your booking via the website. It is not currently possible to cancel via the app. Please ensure you do this so anyone on the wait-list can attend in your place. If you struggle with this, please get in touch, so we can free up you place
The sessions will start promptly at 18:00, please arrive with plenty of time to find a parking place and get your kit to the pool. It is advisable to turn up ready to paddle and then use the changing rooms at the end of the session.
You will need to bring your own equipment and it must be cleaned prior to entering the pool. WE CANNOT BRING DIRTY KAYAKS INTO THE POOL.
If you do not have your own equipment and wish to borrow some, please make sure you book it out in advance
The pools changing rooms are available to members throughout the session.
